This is our french inspired Heritage cider with a semi-dry finish at 18 g / L residual sugar. Characteristic apple flavours make this a drier play on the typical apple cider found in Nova Scotia. This cider is only available in 500 mL bottles and is pasteurized to ensure no need for any added preservatives. There are no refined sugars used and this cider is gluten free.
