This is our driest cider in the farmyard series at 20 g / L residual sugar. It is a blend of rhubarb boiled in strawberry juices infused into our apple cider background. We keep the alcohol content at 5.9% ABV to provide and easy to drink product that dances between the subtle strawberry and rhubarb flavours. This is filtered and gently pasteurized in order to avoid and preservatives being needed. This is a gluten free product that has no refined sugars added.
