This apple cider is our sweetest offering at 60 g / L residual sugar. It is infused with honey and locally grown ginger from the Annapolis valley. Both ginger greens and roots were combined to give a mild citrusy flavour to pair with the honey and ginger root. No preservatives or refined sugars added to this cider and it is gluten free.
